MC2 appoints new trainees
Leading full service marketing agency, MC2, has appointed four graduate trainees, as its five former graduates are promoted to account executive roles.
Following a successful graduate assessment day in April, and subsequent interviews, the four PR gurus of the future were selected as trainee PR researchers.
Over the next three months, the trainees will work closely with MC2’s property, corporate finance and B2B teams and its brand division, Vertigo, helping them to hit the ground running and gain the experience they need for a successful career in the industry. The graduates will also have the opportunity to work alongside the agency’s in-house design team to gain a better understanding of the business as a whole.
In recent months MC2 has experienced rapid growth, securing high profile accounts including Mateus Rose, HSBC Private Bank and the Co-operative Insurance.
Sarah Lindgreen, director at MC2, said: “People development has been key to our success. We’re thrilled to have the new trainees, who will undergo our rigorous training programme that will equip them for a long and successful career at MC2.
“This is an exciting time for the agency and the graduates will play a key role in supporting the growth we have experienced over the past few months. We are committed to nurturing raw talent, and these new joiners have that in spades.”
