Hallmark Hotels

Where they were
  • Hallmark Hotels, a new hotel chain, bought four existing properties and were looking for a creative agency to create a new brand that fitted with their expectations
  •  Each hotel was under construction internally and externally - a complete re-vamp of each site
  • No marketing/promotional activity was in place for the hotel chain
  • The Belfry in Manchester was to be the first hotel to be Their other locations were in Bournemouth, Derby and Carlisle

  • Owned and operated by three Directors, all with Senior Management backgrounds
  • Their main objective was to build long term relationships with clients
  • A large proportion of design and build contracts are negotiated with existing clients
  • They had no professional-looking marketing literature to send out to prospective clients
