The challenge
  • Five Boroughs Partnership NHS Trust is a specialist NHS Trust providing mental health services for people living in the boroughs of Hatton, Knowsley, St Helens, Warrington and Wigan & Leigh
  • The Trust asked MC2 to come up with an innovative and appropriate way to obtain feedback from service users to help the Trust enhance the services offered
  • Furthermore, to help the Trust measure the success of the service beyond just clinical output, it was hoped the feedback would capture how the provision of care had enhanced quality of life
